 THE BUILDING
The Baia Chia Village is placed on a beautiful cost in the south of
Sardinia, near the sea, near a wonderful white sandy beach, which is possible to reach by
a stairs. Placed at 4 km from Domus de Maria village and at 10 km from S. Margherita,
the village has rooms with a panoramic view.
Rooms:
are 41 bungalows scattered over
the promontory with two rooms each (80 rooms in all), are simple,
local-style buildings that blend into the surrounding landscape
perfectly. There are different kinds of rooms, decorated with the
typical colours of Sardinia. They all have a telephone with an
external line, air conditioning, a colour TV set, a minibar, safe
and hair-dryer. The bungalows have a view of the lagoon or of the
sea and the splendid Chia beach. Standard: the rooms have
their own entrance and are surrounded by thriving Mediterranean
vegetation 2 beds with possible to have the 3° bed or cot on request.
Superior: These large attractive rooms have a spectacular
view of the Chia Lagoon and its pink flamingos. A cot or two extra
beds can be added to almost all of them.
Superior Sea: rooms are in an enchanting position overlooking
the sea and are surrounded by a small garden, ensuring privacy. A
cot or two extra beds can be added to almost all of them.
2 Suites have a large living room, a bathroom with a
hydromassage bath and a small private garden with a magnificent view
of the long beach and its white sand. Up to two other beds can be
added
Facilities:
Restaurant with buffet and service at the
table for dinner (wine and mineral water with charge), entertainement, music, unguarded parking, medical center with charge. A
bus/shuttle service is available to reach the reception office and
to go down to the beach.
Sport:
with charge riding school.
Club Card
(compulsory over 4 years of age): including windsurf, canoe, beach-volley, ping-pong, gymnastic, swimm, dance, sailing, equipped beach (1 sunshade + 2 deck-chairs per room), cabaret, shows,
games, miniclub 3/12 years of age at fixed hours.
