Facing directlly on sea, of which it is separated from a street, at 300 mt from the beach and at 500 mt from the turistic pier, the Cala di Falco complex is placed near the most famous localities of Costa Smeralda. The new complex is immersed in a mediterranean undergrowth, it offers the possibility of two holidays' types: Residence Formula with accomodation in appartaments with all comforts, and Hotel Formula with accomodation in elegant rooms.

Junior Suite: Elegant superior room, with one double bed or twin beds plus a living room area, with a single sofa bed. Can host up to 3 adults plus an infant (extra cot is allowed).
Suite: One double or twin bedroom plus a separate living room, with 2 single sofa beds. Accommodates up to four adults.
Senior suite: Like the Suite but with an extra room with two single beds. Accommodates three adults and up to a further three persons.
