 THE BUILDING
The Borgo di Punta Marana is a brand new complex situated in the locality of Punta
Marana, at a short distance from the sea, the touristic port and the many commercial and
sport facilities. The structure consists of buildings connected with one another with
porches in terracotta, granite and good quality wood, surrounding the characteristic
little square where a small and fascinating church is to be found. The area is
characterized by an alternation of sandy coves and rocks, connected by pathways amidst a
typical Mediteranean vegetation; opposite there is the beautiful Gulf of Marinella with
the famous white sandy beach.
Facilities: reception, bar, car park, boutique, market, little church; in addition in the Club of Punta Marana (available with optional Club Card only), at about
200 mt, you can find
bar/restaurant/pizzeria, souvenir shop, kiosk/ tobacconist's, games for children, etc. At
the port possibility of renting boats, scooters and bikes. In addition on the biggest
beach of Punta Marana a new bathing centre offers the possibility of renting beach
umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs. Baby-sitting service on request.
Sport:
in the Club of Punta Marana, at about 100 mt, you can find
swimming pool for adults and for children. In addition, at about 250 mt, there are brand
new multi-purpose illuminated fields (tennis and five-a-side football) with synthetic
grass.
Apartments: situated on ground floor with patio and garden
or on first floor with veranda or covered terrace, well furnished, equipped with TV,
washing machine, dishwasher, rooms with low beds always (not bunk beds). All the
apartments are provided with patio or terrace equipped to have outdoor meals.
Type M3/M3Vip 3 beds: spacious living room with kitchenette
and double sofa bed, single sofa bed, bathroom.
Type BA4 4 beds: placed in the building 250 m. far from
the Residence, they have living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or two single sofa
beds, double room, bathroom, patio or terrace with sea view.
Type B4/B4Vip 4 beds: living room with kitchenette, double
sofa bed or two single sofa beds, double room, bathroom, patio or terrace .
Type B4DS 4 beds: like B4 beds but
with two bathrooms.
Type T6 6 beds: spacious living room with kitchenette,
double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, double room, twin room, bathroom, patio or
terrace.
Type T6DS/T6Vip 6 beds: like T6 beds but
with two bathrooms.
