THE BUILDING
This refined residence is 100 mt from Marina Nuova, 300 mt from the Marina beach and 900 mt from Cala Granu beach. It is composed by apartaments on different floors, all around the swimming-pool.

Facilities: Snack-bar and restaurant, parking and coin laundry. In Porto Cervo Marina (200 mt) there are market, pizzerias, restuarants, boutiques and different magazines.

Sport: swiming-pool (02/06-03/10). Near the residence possibility of different sport.

Apartments : all with direct dial telephone, tv color, safe, (on request to pay). Sometimes apartaments have air conditioning (on request to pay). In the apartaments the number of people can't surpass the number of beds (this is valid for the cradle,too).
