THE BUILDING
Facing directlly on sea, of which it is separated from a street, at
300 mt from the beach and at 500 mt from the turistic pier, the Cala di Falco complex is
placed near the most famous localities of Costa Smeralda. The new complex is immersed in
a mediterranean undergrowth, it offers two different formulas: Residence
Formula with accomodation in apartments with all comforts, and Hotel Formula with
accomodation in elegant rooms. Facilities: reception open every day 24,00 h, restaurant
"La Poiana" and "La Terrazza Grill"
( with specialities of
fish/greens/meat), bar, play room, meeting room, children's playground, private parking,
outdoor theatre. Included in Club Card (compulsory): welcome's drink, from
19/06 to 11/09 mini-club for
children 4/14 years old, entertainement with games, evening
showes and music, dance school; gymnassium. Sport: included in Club Card (compulsory): two
swimming-pools, one with sunshades and deck-chairs with bathing-attendant's service, the
other only with deck-chairs, tennis court, volleyball, bowls, ping-pong, aerobic, trecking, footing, tennis/swim/canoe courses;
discount valid in
some stores.

Apartments: with particular furnitures, they are composed
by two floors, with direct dial telephone, tv color, ari conditioning in living room, room
always with low beds (not bunk beds), terrace or balcony with chairs and table. 2 rooms ap. 4 beds(B4): living room with kithcenette, two
sofa beds, double room, bathroom. 3 rooms ap. 6 beds(T4): living room with kithcenette, two
sofa beds, 2 double rooms, bathroom.

VILLAS
The
Cala di Falco villas enjoy an enviable privacy but they've also the
convenience to be able to take advantage of all the services of the
hotel (reception/secretary, restaurants, bar-terrace with live music,
swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis, mini-club and entertainements).
Drawn by architects of international reputation, are well integrated
in the Mediterranean environment where a romantic air created by
stones, capitals in granite sculpted to hand, wrought irons and
craftmade ceramics is breathed. Furniture and well-finished details
make the environments elegant and comfortable, ideal for a pleasant
and exclusive holiday.
The
villas, with two or three bed rooms, are all equipped with 2
bathrooms, living room, kitchen, spacious terrace and/or equipped
garden with oven and dishwasher, color TVRates don't consider the
number of rooms and beds, but the position of the villas, the
furniture and the equipped outside spaces
