 THE BUILDING
The residence Pineta Uno is placed in the pine-wood at the beginning of Baia
Sardinia, at fews mt from the main beach. It is composed by 13 apartaments, all equipped
with elegant furnitures and modern comforts. The village of Baia Sardinia offers wonderful
beaches and every kind of facilities.
Facilities: reception, parking. Near the hotel, in the town
center of Baia Sardinia supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, discotheques, and so
on.
Sport: possibility of practising different kind of sports
as well as golf at the famous Pevero Golf Club (15 km away).
Acquatic sport, wind-surf school on the beach.
Apartments: spacious and well-appointed, they can be on
ground floor or first floor (1 room ap. are on second floor), with balcony with table and
chairs, tv color, direct dial telephone, dishwasher and washing machine (not available in 2 rooms ap.).
1 room ap. 2 beds (M2): on the second floor, composed by
living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, terrace.
3 rooms ap. 4 beds (T4): big living room, kitchen, double
room, twin room (sometimes with bunk beds), bathroom, terrace.
4 rooms ap. 5 beds DS (Q5DS): big living room, kitchen,
double room, twin room with low beds, single room, two bathrooms, terrace.
4 rooms ap. 6 beds DS (Q6DS): big living room, kithchen,
double room, two twin rooms,(sometimes with bunk beds), two bathrooms, terrace.
Pets: not allowed.
