 THE BUILDING
The Residence Oasi is a recently built complex situated in privileged position,
halfway between the famous beach "La Cinta" and the town centre, in a quiet and
secluded area. Surrounded by large green areas, the residence consists of apartments
situated on ground or first floor, finished in an excellent way and located in small
complexes in a large area where well-kept gardens alternate with pretty illuminated
pathways. Oasi Vip: they are two very recent buildings that group together 5/6 spacious
and well-kept apartments, furnished with taste and elegance.
Facilities: car park. In the town
centre of San Teodoro you can find all the main facilities, such as supermarkets,
restaurants, pizzerie, bars, ice cream parlours, kiosks, boutiques, pharmacies, doctor,
piano bar, discotheques, boat rental.
Sport: tennis court (with charge). In
the town centre of San Teodoro five-a-side football fields, volleyball, bowling. On the
beach possibility of practising various aquatic sports.
Accomodations: furnished with taste and
in a functional way, spacious, provided with private garden if on ground floor, or with
balcony if on first floor, always equipped with table and chairs to have outdoor meals;
the "Vip Apartments"have independent entrances, TV, washing machine, patio with
garden or covered veranda, always equipped with table and chairs. Both are equipped with
rooms with low beds always.

4 room ap. 8 beds Vip (Quadri 8VIP): internally situated on two
floors. On the ground floor living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom. On
the first floor double room, two rwin rooms, bathroom, covered veranda.
Pets: small pets allowed (excluding Oasi Vip) with
