The complex is positioned on a promontory overlooking the very
beautiful bay in front of the islands Molara and Tavolara, at about
500 mt from sand coves spaced out by rocky zones, reachable on foot or
with shuttle service. Facilities:
Inside the complex: bar, restaurant with agreement in the sea zone,
uncovered car park (covered with charge, as long as they
last);
market and various shops at about 3 km. Accommodations:
Arranged in 8 independent 1 or 2-floors buildings, they have TV, car
place, patio, garden and equipped covered veranda.
They are divided into 2 typologies:
Standard - Flat furnished and equipped according to the taste of
the owners and TOP recently renovated and refurnished, equipped
with air conditioned, washing machine and safe.

Sport:With
the payment of the Club Card
(compulsory over 3 years, from 29/5 to
11/9) collective tennis courses, beach-volley, mini-club for 3/13 years
old children, use of swimming pool and tennis courts (diurnal use),

charge: beach
umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds on the beach, use of tennis courts by
night, windsurf and little boats rental.
